• The pro-roller hinge port mouthpiece works on the bars and the palate of the horse's mouth.
• Because of the fact that each side of the mouthpiece can work individually, it allows the rider to take the horse's head to one side or lift a shoulder laterally.
• The copper barrels on the mouthpiece induce more saliva and prevent the horse from actually taking the bit and blocking it fixed in it's mouth.
• The barrels are straight, so they are carried balanced in the horse's mouth and do not slide from one way to the other as you would have met bevelled barrels.
